Important dates, information, and fees

Due to the size of the meeting place and available accomodation at les Houches, the total number of attendees is capped. Attendance will therefore be limited to presenters of accepted abstracts. Authors can indicate their preference for an oral or poster presentation on the submission form and this preference will be taken into consideration. Each research group will be limited to one oral presentation and any additional abstract will be considered for a poster presentation.

Key dates

Abstract submission for talks and posters is open until 27 May 2023 (date extended: 10 June 2023).

Notification of abstract acceptance: 17 June 2023.

Registration: 17 June 2023 - 10 July 2023.

Participants are expected to arrive in Les Houches on Sunday 10 September 2023, evening (only after 3pm), and to leave on Friday 15 September 2023, afternoon.

 
Fees

The registration fee for the workshop is 510 €, which covers full-board accommodation for the 5 days, the meals and coffee breaks.
